Overseas expeditions

Duration: 3-7 days Number of participants: 6 - 24
Target audience: Mid to senior management teams and any other close working team
Locations: UK, Nepal, Kenya, Maldives and South Africa.

Event overview

We can offer a variety of overseas expeditions. During these expeditions you and your team will take part in different activities through a structured leadership and team development programme. Each activity builds on the last, your comfort zones and perception of risk will be tested and pushed.

The development programmes are designed to be intense whereby the experiences and learning can be transferred and applied into future experiences. For you the environments will also often be unfamiliar and in a wilderness setting allowing you to experiment and gain valuable meaning from these experiences.

During consultations and dependent on the location chosen for your expedition we will put together a package that fully meets your needs, to fully create the experience there will aspects of your event that will have to remain a surprise.

The environments used are in themselves breathtaking and a little time for some R&R activities can always be arranged from fishing to game drives or simply relaxing in the wilderness.

The final outcome

As well as learning some invaluable practicable skills you and your team will have had an opportunity to bond and develop relationships, increasing your openness, tolerance and levels of trust. All the time enhancing the skills needed as a team to make key decisions together.

Health and safety

All adventure staff used will be fully qualified and experienced to international standards for the activities in which they are leading. Activities are risk assessed and the appropriate safety equipment is used such as first aid kits and life jackets and technical equipment such as kayaks, rafts etc. Licensing and insurance for each destination is assured.
