Contract negotiation is an integral part of business life. All around us there is evidence of this: usiness agreements and economic co-operation; organisations forming alliances and mergers; buying and selling; project management; tendering; procurement; pricing; employment contracting and many others. All these involve and depend on competent negotiation skills for a successful outcome. This practical course is targeted at staff who may not have formal training in negotiating skills, but who need these skills as they negotiate contracts.
This course aims to equip candidates with understanding, insight and skill in the process and techniques of contract negotiations. Candidates will leave the course knowing how to direct their efforts in such a way as to reach mutually acceptable and satisfying contract agreements.
