Overview

This workshop aims to identify, select and train experienced personnel from various disciplines within your organisation in conducting assessments of CAMS developees, as per the ADNOC Assessment & Verification standards and guidelines.

  • Understanding verification

  • Monitor assessors’ performance to ensure uniformity and consistency 
  • Ensure assessors’ skill levels through support and development 
  • Ensure the assessment process is standardised 
  • Monitor the quality of assessors’ performance

  • Giving feedback on decisions 
  • Compiling and reporting verification results
