The Team Management Profile® is research and evidence-based and provides an objective, work-based 4,500 word profile on the personality, work, team and leadership preferences of each team member.
Taken as a group, the assessment will identify areas of strength and weakness in delivering team results. When coupled with our training options, we are able to guide the team through the assessment process to reflection and action planning to build higher levels of performance.
All team members are assessed against the five elements of the Five Dysfunctions model and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the group. It provides powerful information on the causes of dysfunction in the team.

Belbin Team Roles are another global tool often used to assess teams. It provides an excellent analysis of the behavioural strengths and weaknesses of each team member at work.
