Overview

It is essential for managers to communicate in a correct, concise and appropriate manner. Inaccurate or ambiguous writing can be both costly and damaging. Writing skills are therefore paramount when presenting information that must be persuasive and effective. Particular attention needs be paid to the writing and thinking skills required to engage the reader and generate a positive outcome.
