Jenny Nichol

Jenny has extensive experience living and working in the Middle East. She started her career working in the education sector teaching business studies and later expanded her teaching experience to include English-language development. After completing her Master’s Degree, Jenny’s passion has focused on training adults in a range of business and soft skills.

Jenny is dedicated to continuous improvement and keeps abreast of changes in the market and new concepts, principles and training materials. She uses this knowledge to create new methodologies and activities to illustrate the concepts in the training.

Jenny is passionate and injects energy into the training room through her open and dynamic delivery style, with a focus on innovative activity and action-based learning. As an expert in learning and development, Jenny focuses not only on what to train but how to train. She includes experiential learning techniques and games in her workshops and there is emphasis placed on the use of real-life case studies and examples. This ensures a highly effective learning experience.

Jenny specialises in leadership and management, business finance, human resource management, business communication, technical report writing, professional correspondence, problem solving, decision making and emotional intelligence.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Business Studies, an MSc in Educational Leadership and Management and post-graduate qualifications in education.

Having the opportunity to make a difference; to share experiences and information, to enhance peoples’ skills and change behaviours.

What most excites you about the learning process?

Whenever someone learns a new skill or gains new knowledge they can keep that with them forever. The impact of learning has no limit.
